Video to Flash Convertsion in few steeps

1. Open Video To Flash Converter
2. Select the input video file
3. Click Start button and wait few seconds for conversion.

Now you have browse and choose the input video file that you want to convert into flash. Video To Flash Converter can open any digital video file (including AVI, MP4, MOV, MPEG, WMV, ASF).

Below input file name you can see information about your video file. this info can halp you to setup advanced options and change video size, framrate and etc.
After you`ve choosen a file, an output file will automatically appear in the same folder and the same name but with remark "new". Then pick up a flash file that you need to convert to. Basically it`s SWF file but there is also FLV. For FLV you will need a special player, so FLV chose is for advanced users.

By default Duration will be set to original video file duration. You can set own duration time, but not longer then original Duration.

This is minimum of you need to convert any Video file to SWF or FLV. after you set or check this options you can click Start buttons and in result you will get a flash video file.

Advanced Flash Settings and Video Effects

Let's go through the advanced options. Most popular option for me is logo editor. You can put logo or watermark by using logo editor. Watermark can be as simple image file or Video file.

You will got a new application of logo editor.

There is an opportunity to place in your movie image logo and video logo. And put it in a right position in a frame view.

After you choose any of (*.bmp, *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.gif, *.png) image or an *.avi movie and you will got something like this:

Pick a color that you want to be transparent from your logo.

Then click OK.

If it is neccessary you can manage any video effects. The opportunity to make any video effects comes after you choose input file.

Click on Configure Video Effects button and you will have video effects window

Let`s start with Gamma option. The normal range between black and white levels is 255. If you want your movie to be more dark you have to change black level a bit closer to white. And the same on the contrary. You will have your file more contrast between black and white.

Simply filters. If you want your movie to be converted in black and white colors just put a mark on it. You can also make color inversion; turn your movie from side to side like a horizontal mirror or edit the level of sharpness from 0 to 255 points.

By default HTML file with correct links to your result flash video file will be generated in the movie folder. The HTML file is placed in the same folder as converted movie file. Only SWF flash allows this service. if you do not need HTML file you can disable this option. Also you can select Loop option to infinitely play the flash movie on your webpage.

Besides, in the main toolbar there are two important Icons of Video and Audio Settings

In Video Settings you can manage Video quality, framerate, keyframe and resolution if needed.

A Keyframe is frame that draws when the video is compressed, so the more frequent your keyframes are the better quality the footage will be. More keyframes also mean a higher file size. If you choose 30, a video keyframe draws every 30 frames. If you choose 15, the quality is higher because a keyframe draws ever 15 frames and the pixels in your footage are more accurate to the original.

Select Proportional to preserve the original ratio between movie frames width and height.
When selecting framerate and movie dimensions, consider that the higher these values are, the more disk space is required to save the movie file.

In Audio Settings you can pick to disable sound or choose compression and quality of audio.

When you set all settings, press button and after short progresing you will get a flash video movie

Then the program will ask If you want to open your new flash file.

SWF or FLV File created and if you click Yes, HTML file will be oppened in your browser with flash video playback. Iif you do not set Generate HTML option, file will be opened using GeoVid Flash Player.
